Peanut Butter Banana
peanut butter / sliced banana coconut flakes / cinnamon


Tahini Peach
tahini paste / sliced peaches maple syrup / sesame seeds


Pear and Goat Cheese
goat cheese / honey sliced pears / pine nuts


Avocado Za'atar Egg
smashed avocado / over-easy egg / za'atar


Fig Ricotta
ricotta / sliced fresh figs honey / cinnamon


Maple Pecan
grass-fed butter / maple syrup toasted pecans / cinnamon

Simple Sweet Potato Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • toppings (see post for ideas)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  2. Toast the sweet potato slices in a toaster on high, about 5 minutes. You might need to keep toasting a couple of times until the sweet potato is cooked through.
  3. Top with desired toppings (see post for ideas).
