From smoothie bowls to salads, I’m pretty obsessed with toppings. Which is why I love the toast trend. But starting my day with a big slice of bread doesn’t always feel the healthiest. Enter: sweet potato toast. Made from simple slices of sweet potato, they’re blank canvases just waiting for you to top them with all the things.
